Boston Egg Nog


Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain/build
1 egg yolk (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
¾ tsp sugar (3 dashes)
½ oz brandy (1.5 cl)
¼ oz Jamaica rum (6 dashes)
4 oz madeira wine (12 cl)
Beat egg sugar together
Strain into glass
Fill with milk, ice
Add nutmeg sprinkle
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
