Applejack Sour Variation
Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1½ oz applejack (4.5 cl)
½ oz fresh lemon juice (1.5 cl)
½ oz fresh lime juice (1.5 cl)
½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)
¼ oz grenadine (6 dashes)
garnish as above
Serve in a sour glass (4.0 oz)
