Shake with ice and strain
½ lemon (juice of) (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
¼ grapefruit juice (¾ oz, 2 cl)
1 egg white. (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1 liqueur glass green Chartreuse. (3 cl)
Shake and strain into cocktail glass.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
