Shifting Sands
Shake with ice in cocktail shaker and strain
1½ oz gin (4.5 cl)
1½ oz grapefruit juice (4.5 cl)
½ oz lemon juice (1.5 cl)
2 teaspoon maraschino liqueur
Top with 2 oz soda (6 cl)
Garnish with grapefruit slice
Serve in a collins glass (12 oz)
