½ tsp sugar dissolve with soda (2 dashes)
2 oz Scotch (Substitute Old Tom gin) (6 cl)
Fill with ice
Fill with soda
Add lemon orange spirals (muddled optionally)
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
