Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain

2 oz sherry (6 cl)

½ oz Cognac (1.5 cl)

¼ oz light rum (6 dashes)

1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)

1 beaten egg (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

Fill with milk

Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
