Stir with ice and strain
½ ginger brandy, Seager's (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
¼ Green ginger wine (¾ oz, 2 cl)
¼ French vermouth, N.P. (¾ oz, 2 cl)
Stir and strain, and squeeze of lemon Peel on top
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
