Hot Mint Burgundy Delight


Build
1 tsp sugar, lemon twist, (4 dashes)
½ oz Maraschino cherry juice (1.5 cl)
3 oz Burgundy (9 cl)
Muddle 3 mint sprigs, (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
Fill with hot water
Add cinnamon stick as swizzle
Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
