Blend with a lot of crushed ice/Build, make ice snow cone in glass
1½ oz brandy (4.5 cl)
1 oz gold rum (3 cl)
½ oz fresh lime juice (1.5 cl)
1 egg yolk (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1½ tsp sugar (1 cl)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
