¼ oz creme de violette in bottom of glass (6 dashes)
1½ oz apricot brandy (4.5 cl)
¼ oz orange curacao (6 dashes)
Then shake:
Strain into glass - do not mix
Float 1 oz claret (3 cl)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
