Eastern Sour

Shake with ice in cocktail shaker and strain

2 oz Bourbon (6 cl)

1½ oz orange juice (4.5 cl)

1 oz lime juice (3 cl)

¼ oz orgeat (0.7 cl)

¼ oz simple syrup (0.7 cl)

Garnish with lime wheel

Serve in an ice filled highball glass (9.0 oz)
