Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain

1 egg (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)

1 oz brandy (or Cognac) (3 cl)

1 oz Port (3 cl)

½ oz cream (optional) (1.5 cl)

Add nutmeg sprinkle

Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
