Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1½ oz Port wine (4.5 cl)
¼ oz Yellow Chartreuse (6 dashes)
1 egg (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1 tsp sugar (or 1 tsp crushed chocolate) (4 dashes)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
