Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain

1 oz gin (3 cl)

½ oz dry vermouth (1.5 cl)

1 egg white (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

¾ oz orange juice (2 cl)

½ oz sweet vermouth (optional) orange slice (1.5 cl)

Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
