Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain/build

1½ oz brandy (4.5 cl)

¼ oz anisette (6 dashes)

½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)

1 egg (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

Strain into glass

Fill with ice, soda

Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
