Build, fill glass with ice
½ oz gin (1.5 cl)
½ oz simple syrup (1.5 cl)
⅔ oz fino sherry (2 cl)
⅔ oz lemon juice (2 cl)
2 ½ oz chilled Prosecco (7.5 cl)
Garnish with basil leaf
Serve in a wine glass (8.0 oz)
