Barbados Red Rum Swizzle
Build, fill glass with shaved ice
1 oz fresh lime juice (3 cl)
1½ oz Barbados rum (4.5 cl)
1 dash Angostura bitters
½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)
"Swizzle" until glass frosts
Add lime shell
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
