Ann Sheridan Cocktail

Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
¾ oz fresh lime juice (2 cl)
1½ oz Bacardi rum, light (4.5 cl)
½ oz orange curacao (1.5 cl)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)


This classic cocktail recipe is taken from "The Stork Club Bar Book" (by Julius Beebe, 1946). It was created by Harry Kaye, the head waiter of the Cub Room, VIP room at the Stork Club, Manhattan. This elegant fusion of Daiquiri and classic Daisy is named after famous mid-20th century actress and singer, Ann Sheridan.
