Description:

Manzanilla sherry is a rare style of sherry that only comes from the village of Sanlucar de Barrameda, in the "Sherry Triangle". Manzanilla is a subtype of fino sherry, and is made in the same way. The major difference between the two is that wines aged in Sanlucar de Barrameda have a good chance of developing a flor based on the yeast S. Beticus.
