Generic dehydrated instant beef stock broth spice in cube form (of about sugar cube size) generally containing corn starch, salt, shortening, vegetable or seed oil, beef protein, spices often Monosodium Glutamate. Often used in mixed drinks in conjunction with, or in substitution for, tomato juice. Mainly of the Bloody Mary family, also used with beer. Notable drink: the Bullshot. Rarely used in cocktails.
