Stir with ice and strain
3 dashes orange bitters.
1 dash Angostura bitters.
1 glass dry gin. (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
Mix and strain into small glass.
Add a little syphon and squeeze lemon peel on top.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
