1 oz rye (3 cl)
1 oz Port (3 cl)
½ oz fresh lemon juice (1.5 cl)
½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)
Top with 1 beaten egg white (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
Add pineapple spear
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
