Shake with ice and strain
⅔ High and dry gin. (2 oz, 6 cl)
1/6 fresh pineapple juice. (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1/6 White curacao (Bols). (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
Shake.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
