Stir with ice and strain
½ Booth's High and Dry. (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
1/6 Cointreau (Angers). (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1/6 pineapple juice (R. G. Booth's, Bush House). (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1/6 French vermouth (Noilly Prat). (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1 dash absinthe, if required only.
Use mixing glass and stir.
Serve in a bar glass (16.0 oz)
