Build
½ tsp sugar dissolved in water (2 dashes)
2 oz rye or Bourbon whiskey (6 cl)
Several ice cubes
Fill with soda
Add nutmeg
Float ½ oz Port (1.5 cl)
Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
