Washington Cocktail
Stir in mixing glass with ice and strain
¾ oz brandy (2 cl)
1½ oz dry vermouth (4.5 cl)
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 dashes simple syrup
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
