Ward's Cocktail
Build frappe-style, fill glass with crushed ice
1 oz brandy (3 cl)
¾ oz Yellow or green Chartreuse (2 cl)
Place orange peel in bottom of glass
Add mint sprigs
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
