Tropical Caipirinha


Add in mixing glass, muddle and transfer to glass
1 half of lime cut into 8 segments
½ oz simple syrup (1 .5cl)
Stir in mixing glass
1½ oz cachaça (4.5 cl)
½ oz coconut rum (1.5 cl)
¾ oz pineapple juice (2 cl)
Serve in a rocks glass with ice (6.0 oz)
