Trinidad Especial
Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake and fine strain
1 oz Angostura bitters (3 cl)
⅓ oz pisco (1 cl)
1 oz orgeat (3 cl)
¾ oz fresh lime juice (2 cl)
Garnish with lime peel
Serve in a chilled cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
