Tom Jerry Batter (premix) Variation


Beat/mix
Separate 12 eggs, yolks from whites (6 oz, 18 cl)
Beat together
Combine with egg yolk mixture.
Preheat mug
Fill with hot milk
12 egg yolks (6 oz, 18 cl)
6 tbsp sugar (9 cl)
½ tsp cinnamon (2 dashes)
¼ tsp cloves (1 dash)
12 egg whites. beat until stiff (6 oz, 18 cl)
1 heaping tbsp batter in mug
2 oz blended whiskey (6 cl)
Serve in a mixing bowl (32.0 oz)
