Speed
Shake with ice and strain
⅓ brandy. (1 oz, 3 cl)
⅓ apricot brandy. (1 oz, 3 cl)
1/6 orange juice. (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1/6 lemon juice. (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
Shake.
Add peel of orange.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
