1 oz gin (3 cl)

½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)

1 egg white (½ oz, 1.5 cl)

¼ oz pastis (6 dashes)

½ oz cream (1.5 cl)

Fill with ice, soda

Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
