Shake with ice and strain
½ kirsch. (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)
¼ gin. (¾ oz, 2 cl)
¼ Cointreau. (¾ oz, 2 cl)
1 Teaspoon lemon juice. (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1 dash of white of an egg.
Shake and strain.
Frost the rim of glass by rubbing in orange juice and sugar.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
