Sherry Lady
Shake with ice and strain
⅓ Dry sherry (Pale). (1 oz, 3 cl)
⅓ Booth's gin. (1 oz, 3 cl)
1/6 Cointreau. (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1/6 lemon juice. (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
Squeeze lemon Peel on top.
Shake.
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
