Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1 egg (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
1½ oz sherry (4.5 cl)
½ oz cream (optional) (1.5 cl)
¼ oz light creme de cacao (optional) (6 dashes)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
