½ oz Irish whiskey (1.5 cl)
½ oz fresh lemon juice (1.5 cl)
¼ oz kummel (6 dashes)
1 dash Angostura bitters
¼ tsp sugar optional (1 dash)
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
