Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
½ oz Galliano (1.5 cl)
½ oz sherry (1.5 cl)
1 oz pineapple juice (3 cl)
1 oz grapefruit juice (3 cl)
1 oz Rum Pampero (3 cl)
1 dash Angostura bitters
¼ oz grenadine (6 dashes)
Fill with Schweppes Bitter Lemon ice
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
