Build

½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)

1 tsp water (4 dashes)

Fill with ice

Add orange slice, cherry (muddled optionally)

1½ oz gold rum or dark rum (4.5 cl)

Float ½ oz 151 rum (optional) (1.5 cl)

Serve in a rocks glass (6.0 oz)
