Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain
1 oz light rum (3 cl)
½ oz dark rum (1.5 cl)
1 egg (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
3 oz milk (9 cl)
1 oz cream (3 cl)
Fill with ice
Add nutmeg
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
