Red Snapper


Shake with ice in cocktail shaker and strain
2 oz gin (6 cl)
4 oz tomato juice (12 cl)
½ oz lemon juice (1.5 cl)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
Garnish with celery salt and lemon wedge
Serve in a highball glass (9.0 oz)
