Ramos Gin Fizz


Shake with ice in cocktail shaker and strain
2 oz gin (6 cl)
1 oz cream (3 cl)
1 oz simple syrup (3 cl)
½ oz lemon juice (1.5 cl)
½ oz lime juice (1.5 cl)
Top with 1 oz soda (3 cl)
Serve in a collins glass (12 oz)
