Port Wine Punch


Build, fill glass with crushed ice
½ oz fresh lemon juice (1.5 cl)
½ tsp sugar dissolved in lemon juice (2 dashes)
1 oz orange juice (3 cl)
2 ½ oz Port (7.5 cl)
(Substitute - orgeat syrup for the sugar orange juice)
Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)
