Shake with ice and strain

½ pineapple juice. (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)

½ Calvados. (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)

2 dashes orgeat.

Shake and moisten the glass with a dash of creme de menthe before pouring.

Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
