Planter's Punch

Shake in iced cocktail shaker strain

1½ oz dark Jamaican rum (4.5 cl)

½ oz fresh lemon juice (or fresh lime juice) (1.5 cl)

½ tsp sugar (2 dashes)

1 dash Angostura bitters

Fill with ice soda or water

Add fruit selection

Serve in a tall glass (10.0 oz)

Notes:

NOTE: There are many variations on Planter's Punch all calling for combinations of the following ingredients: Jamaica rum (dark), Light rum, orange curacao, lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, sugar, grenadine, bitters. Garnishes include cherry, orange slice, mint, pineapple spear, lemon wedge, lime wedge, etc.
