1 oz gold rum (3 cl)

½ oz dark Jamaican rum (1.5 cl)

1½ oz cranberry juice (4.5 cl)

1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)

½ egg white (1½ oz, 4.5 cl)

Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
