Shake with ice and strain

¼ Booth's gin. (¾ oz, 2 cl)

¼ Grand Marnier. (¾ oz, 2 cl)

¼ brandy XXX. (¾ oz, 2 cl)

¼ pineapple juice, unsweetened. (¾ oz, 2 cl)

Shake well and serve with squeeze of lemon Peel.

Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
