Pernod Drip


1½ oz Pernod in glass (4.5 cl)
1 lump sugar in strainer (½ oz, 1.5 cl)
Place crushed ice on top of strainer
Allow melting ice to drip into glass
Serve in a absinthe glass (7.0 oz)
