Shake in iced cocktail shaker and strain
2 oz blended Scotch (6 cl)
3/4 oz honey-ginger syrup (2 cl)
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice (2 cl)
Add on top 1/4 oz single-malt Scotch (0.7 cl)
Garnish with candied ginger
Serve in a rocks glass filled with one large cube. (4.5 oz)
