Orange Martini
Stir in mixing glass with ice strain
1¾ oz gin (5 cl)
½ oz dry vermouth (1.5 cl)
¼ oz sweet vermouth (6 dashes)
Grate orange rind mix with drink
Add orange peel
Serve in a cocktail glass (4.5 oz)
