Mulled Cider


Build
1 tsp sugar (4 dashes)
1 oz fresh lemon juice (3 cl)
½ tsp cinnamon (2 dashes)
½ tsp nutmeg (2 dashes)
½ oz light rum (1.5 cl)
Fill with cider
Traditionally, the mixture is heated by dipping a red hot iron poker into
it.
Serve in a mug (12.0 oz)
